Simple Food Pairing Advice ~ foods that taste good together

There is a science to food pairing – molecular gastronomy, the study of the physical and chemical attributes of ingredients and how they react to each other. Read even more about this here – foodpairing.

It is interesting but I am not going to bother either you or myself with the scientific details!  Nor is this about combining foods for diet or health reasons – just deliciousness!

All I hope to do here is to help with cooking spontaneously and creatively by listing suggestions as to what goes well with what, foodwise.
