Coronavirus Food Tips – eat well and stay healthy

We went to do our weekly shop yesterday and were utterly gobsmacked from the moment we walked in the store!

Thinking about it this was bound to happen – I had popped in on Sunday for a single loaf of bread and the store was full of people with stacked trolley queueing (I do like that word!) right down the aisles.  No wonder there was nothing left to sell yesterday.

Being very keen on using leftovers I have already written several posts on these subjects so, instead of repeating myself here are links to everything I think might help in these worrying times.

So much so that I decided to start a blog about spontaneous cooking from leftovers to show people that there are great alternatives to throwing food away.
