Krumplinudli ~ and what fun being Hungarian must be!
Krumplinudli are mashed potato dumplings, traditionally sausage shaped, poached and coated in crunchy buttery breadcrumbs. My sister and I used to put them on the menu because they sounded funny and tasted good too!
